Dibrugarh superintendent of police Shwetank Mishra served a legal notice to AASU’s general secretary Shankar Jyoti Baruah for calling 24-hour Dibrugarh bandh. The student body had called a bandh to protest the arrest of their members following scuffle with Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) members.
