Justice Chakraborty, who has been hearing the multi-crore cattle smuggling case, was threatened on August 20 that if Anubrata Mondal was not released, his family members will be implicated with “NDPS case with commercial quantity”. Chakraborty, after receiving the letter, has forwarded it to district judge, Paschim Bardhaman.
