Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has launched the e-Bhoomi portal to simplify the process of purchasing land for government projects with the consent of landowners. The portal allows farmers and aggregators to offer land for government projects, with a minimum offer of 10 acres required for aggregators.
