Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu initiated a 1 MW solar power plant project in Pangi Valley, estimated at Rs 10.50 crore, aiming completion by November 2025. The plant, featuring a 500-kilowatt battery storage, will ensure uninterrupted power to Pangi's 19 Panchayats, even during winter.
