The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India has revised Continuing Professional Education guidelines. Insolvency professionals will need to attend in-person learning. This is mandatory from 2026. IPs must complete 30 credit hours annually. A percentage of credits must be in person. This will increase over time. The obligation applies even during suspension.
