Centre approves construction of 2.88 lakh houses in urban areas under PMAY 2.0 https://ift.tt/0OaKc9i

Nearly 2.88 lakh new homes have been approved under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) 2.0. This brings the total sanctioned houses to over 13.61 lakh across 16 states and Union territories. The approvals include units for women, senior citizens, transgender persons, SC, ST, and OBC beneficiaries. Demonstration housing projects were also sanctioned.
